About the role
- The role also oversees housekeeping, safety, sanitation, security, and food safety standards throughout the facility.
- Additional responsibilities include managing, evaluating, and training production supervisors, overseeing designated shift operations, and performing other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with hourly team members, supervisors, upper management, and government officials.
Responsibilities
- Manage subordinate supervisors and plant team members in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Candidates should maintain excellent safety and attendance records and be able to work collaboratively with department heads to achieve safety, production, quality, and yield goals.

Requirements
- The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Nice to have
- Five or more years of related industry experience and five or more years of supervisory experience in a meat processing facility required.
- Poultry processing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HACCP regulations is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- college degree preferred.

- Standard computer proficiency.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
