About the role
- Help define TypeSafe's voice with the developer community and grow our visibility, trust, and adoption
- Represent TypeSafe and the gospel of composable AI through talks, demos, community participation, and partnerships
Responsibilities
- Own the developer experience across docs, quickstarts, and SDK/API references
- Build feedback loops with the developer community; synthesize insights and advocate for developer needs
- Design and run developer programs (e.g., early access, betas, red-teaming, bug bounties)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and leadership
- Create the demos, tutorials, cookbooks, docs, and collateral that help developers evaluate and adopt TypeSafe
- We build machines; we don't try to be machines.

Compensation
- Base salary of $180k–280k plus equity, based on leveling
