Responsibilities
- Define and manage the Corporate Communications resourcing model, balancing internal headcount, agency support, and vendor partnerships Establish and continuously optimize planning, intake, and prioritization processes to ensure focus on the highest-impact initiatives Serve as the primary prioritization lead, aligning team capacity and execution to enterprise priorities
- Develop and maintain a Communications scorecard to track performance, measure impact, and inform decision-making Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the CCO and executive leadership team Own the Communications analytics and insights capability, including reporting infrastructure, data modeling, and performance analysis
- Act as the central intake point for communications requests, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and effective use of team capacity Develop and manage a communications calendar and operating rhythm to track and report on major initiatives and milestones Partner closely with the CCO and Executive Assistant to align leadership priorities, time allocation, and team execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Director or Sr.
