Responsibilities
- This role conducts risk-based transaction analysis and collaborates closely with business units, compliance-related third parties (CRTPs), and other functional areas, while maintaining necessary independence.
- The analyst also partners with advisory functions to support an effective compliance program and may perform additional duties as assigned.
- Expert knowledge of consumer compliance regulations and the ability to assess adherence to applicable regulations, identify control weaknesses and partner with the business units and CRTP's to strengthen the bank's compliance risk management framework.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to build strong and productive working relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement.

Requirements
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment.
- Proactive identification of risks and ability to propose solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a range of senior managers, and peers.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future, to be considered.
