Ph.D (with 3+ years of applicable hands on experience) or Master's degree (with 5+ years of applicable hands on experience) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Science or related field is required.
Comprehensive hands-on expertise in III-V compound semiconductor wafer processing, including optical grating patterning, lithography, dry and wet etching, dielectric and metal deposition, implantation, and diffusion
Proficiency in Excel VBA macros, LabVIEW, and either C++, Visual Basic, or Matlab is required, along with expertise in statistical data analysis using tools like JMP and Minitab.

Hands-on experience with optical bench/system setup and maintenance is preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Process Integration Engineer to become part of our skilled cross-functional team.
In this role, you will oversee wafer fabrication processes for the manufacturing of III-V Semiconductor optoelectronic devices, such as Edge Emitting Lasers and VCSELs.
The Integration Engineer will play a key role in effectively translating designs into operational chips, necessitating collaboration with various engineering teams, such as, R&D, Product Engineering, Testing and Reliability Teams to achieve production scaling and lean manufacturing objectives.
