Assist in design of enhancements and improvements to Manhattan Associates systems based on client requirements and map system integrations.
Manage means by which to quantify metrics for success at go-live and thereafter.
Identify critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and drive issues to closure.
Manage the technical aspects of enterprise level software implementations with the assistance of project technical resources.
Ensure the project team proactively identifies and troubleshoots critical issues, maintains and prioritizes project issue lists, suggests solutions, and escalates when appropriate.

Requires a four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related technical field and 4 years of post-bachelor's experience in a software related technical field.
Also requires 4 years of experience: deploying software
Requires 2 years of experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain, retail store system, customer service solutions, or point of commerce solutions or software organization.
Up to 50% travel required.
Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
