- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience in full stack development (UI + backend), ideally with.NET
- Experience or interest in Angular and/or React and microservices architecture
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to modernize complex systems
- Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and helping others succeed
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
