Accurately document, track and update case-specific data on internal AMS and CRM platform.

Requirements

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to quickly learn use of our internal and carrier software
One to three months related experience in customer service field and/or training
