About the role

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and implement continuous quality and cost improvements as it relates to cell operations.
- Develop, implement and support systems to achieve cost reductions, quality improvements, productivity increases, inventory
- Develop systems to plan and manage production, capacity, inventories, and purchases.
- Research, justify, procure and implement new technology to maximize cell profitability.
- Work with all suppliers to deliver components which meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Manage the development and implementation of preproduction projects.
- Establish and implement training requirements and develop cross-trained multi-functional employees.
- Manage staff and resources to achieve cell objectives.
- Understand and implement Graco QMS.
Compensation
- Establish budget and annual plan for cell, monitor performance to plan and take corrective action.
