Responsibilities
- Support commissioning, servicing, and repair of TEREX machines in North America.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Word
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Attend and successfully complete all required training courses.
- Support the Help Desk Technician, as required
Nice to have
- Associate/Technical degree
- Any hands‑on experience with machinery, vehicles, or servicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, both in-person and over the phone
- Ability to work independently and use available resources to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Must interact well with others in a diverse environment and be a team player
- Must be dependable and punctual
