About the role
- Offering one of the largest health and dental benefit provider networks available to federal employees in the United States, G.E.H.A empowers health and wellness by meeting its members where they are, when they need care.
- This role is responsible for tracking, attribution, and reporting for these channels.
- Additional years of qualifying work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Skills
- Curate existing web content and work to sunset/retire pages or experiences once they have reached the end of their useful life.

- Education Requirements
- Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of managing direct reports.
- Strong business acumen and marketing acumen/discipline.
- Fluency in campaign tools for audience development and activation
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web content optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Sitecore CMS or other comparable systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinking, critical thinking skills, and a passion for creating unique customer experiences.
