Collaborate with detailers to ensure designs translate effectively into Tekla models and fabrication-ready details.
Drive continuous improvement through tools, standardization, and design optimization.
Driving design strategy, constructability input, and risk mitigation.
Lead or contribute to steel connection design, ensuring compliance with codes, contract requirements, and constructability needs.
Own outcomes - dependable in delivering quality work, following through, and keeping others informed.
