Responsibilities
- Lead small to medium CI projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive measurable improvements in quality, delivery, and cost.
- Analyze processes, map workflows, and identify waste and variation to recommend targeted improvements that support operational goals.
- Facilitate kaizen events, team discussions, and improvement workshops to build engagement and support successful implementation.
- Resolve moderately complex operational issues using structured problem-solving techniques to support daily performance improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain to ensure improvements are integrated into daily operations.
- Support sustainment activities by validating standard work, monitoring performance, and escalating risks to maintain long-term results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.

- Demonstrated experience leading CI projects with measurable outcomes.
- Skills Required
- Strong facilitation and communication skills for leading events and team discussions.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and influence without formal authority.

Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in Lean tools, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Ability to identify waste, conduct root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Minitab or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills, including project planning and documentation.
