- DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will: Prepare and/or review written communications and technical deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Leverage understanding of technical scopes of work for assigned work and their alignment with overall project objectives to deliver quality assignments.
- Use developing skills to be visible in your discipline by giving internal technical presentations and/or conference presentations and attending external networking events.
- Plan and execute geotechnical subsurface investigations Lead technical evaluations and modeling/calculations related to geotechnical projects.
- Play a leadership role in developing design drawings and specifications.
- We are currently seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer 1 to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment.
- In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a senior technical contributor on geotechnical engineering projects, supporting technical evaluations, analyses, calculations, and design-related deliverables.
- The candidate will prepare and review written communications and technical documents, mentor junior staff, and help ensure high-quality execution of field and office assignments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of related experience.
Skills
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and refresher updates.
