Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills:
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required while working on the production floor, including safety glasses, steel-toed footwear, and high-visibility clothing.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- May be assigned to a testing area located outside the production floor and exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
Nice to have
- 2-5 years of related electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Ability to understand, follow, and communicate verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and precision measuring devices preferred.
- Soldering and brazing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, move, or position materials weighing up to 50 pounds and push or pull heavier items using approved assistive equipment.
- May occasionally be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels typical of a manufacturing environment.
