About the role
- We are looking for driven, high-production technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently flag 80+ hours per pay period.
- Our ideal tech works Monday-Friday (7 am-6 pm) and is passionate about solving tough diagnostic problems while doing what's right for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- CBA shops also offer their technicians a consistent workload, free training, full-time live technician support and access to our private Technician Assistance Center.
- Real-Time Automotive Technical Support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding 80+ flagged hours per pay period
- If you are hired for this position, you also understand and acknowledge that the local franchisee will be your employer and that CBAC will not be your employer.
Nice to have
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
Skills
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
