About the role

  • Proficient in project planning, task planning and coordination, logistical management of resources (labor, equipment, materials) Ability to set up a level and transfer grades from a benchmark provided by a surveyor.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Heavy/Highway Field of Construction.
  • At least 1 year of experience functioning in a role of superintendent on relevant projects to our targeted field.
  • Civil Engineering Degree is not required, but advantageous.
  • Ability to set up a level and transfer grades from a benchmark provided by a surveyor.
  • Ability to read and execute work from Contract plans and Approved Shop Drawings.
  • Prior understanding and knowledge of NYC Union Rules
  • Must have ability to clearly document and communicate - both written and verbal
