About the role

  • The Associate Counsel, Business Services, will be responsible for negotiating customer-facing commercial transactions for Comcast Business.
  • This role will report to the Counsel, Business Services.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for Comcast Business with respect to sales to commercial customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel and support to one or more groups within Comcast Business, including recently acquired companies. Counsel on a broad range of legal issues relating to assigned area(s).
  • Provide guidance on new and developing products and services.
  • Drive results and growth.
  • We drive innovation to create the world's best entertainment and online experiences.

Requirements

  • JD degree from a top tier law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Must be able to work a variable schedule(s) as necessary, particularly in advance of key sales cycle end dates.
  • Lead and provide guidance to the contract management team within Comcast Business as well as other legal staff including Paralegals, Contract Specialists, and administrative staff, as required.

Nice to have

  • Law firm and/or in-house experience preferred.
