About the role
- Provide safe transportation for scheduled appointments and activities, intervening in crisis situations when necessary.
- Assist with meal preparation, laundry, and bed changes upon discharge of residents, ensuring assigned chores are completed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
Responsibilities
- Foster positive relationships and maintain effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors.
- Offer guidance, support, and positive role modeling to residents while monitoring behavior according to program guidelines.
- Ability to accurately document groups in Kipu
- Document all significant interactions in Kipu with each client.
- Supervise clients in self-administration of medication, document appropriately, and complete medication inventories
- Conduct and document urine testing.
Requirements
- Familiarity with relevant recovery literature and principles.
- Knowledge of software programs for Windows PC and iPhone, particularly in Kipu, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and timekeeping phone apps.
- Must be able to provide references from previous employers

- Proficiency and comfortability with facilitating two groups per shift
