About the role

Provide safe transportation for scheduled appointments and activities, intervening in crisis situations when necessary.
Assist with meal preparation, laundry, and bed changes upon discharge of residents, ensuring assigned chores are completed.
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Foster positive relationships and maintain effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors.
Offer guidance, support, and positive role modeling to residents while monitoring behavior according to program guidelines.
Ability to accurately document groups in Kipu
Document all significant interactions in Kipu with each client.
Supervise clients in self-administration of medication, document appropriately, and complete medication inventories
Conduct and document urine testing.

Familiarity with relevant recovery literature and principles.
Knowledge of software programs for Windows PC and iPhone, particularly in Kipu, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and timekeeping phone apps.
Must be able to provide references from previous employers
