About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of AI-first experiences, including prompt journeys, GPT discovery flows, and conversational UIs
  • Design conversion-optimized experiences, including eCommerce flows, PLPs/PDPs, and filtering or cart functionality
  • Collaborate closely with creative, technical, and engagement teams to ensure seamless alignment across strategy, design, and implementation
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to UX strategy and deliverables for proposals and RFP responses
  • Understanding of visual design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, layout, grid systems)
  • Empathetic & Detail-Oriented - You care deeply about the user, obsess over details, and elevate experiences through thoughtful design

Compensation

  • Pay Range - Atlanta, GA
  • $135,000 - $150,000 USD
