About the role

Arke is seeking a Senior User Experience Architect to join our growing team.
This role plays a critical part in translating complex business challenges into intuitive, impactful digital experiences.

Contribute to the design of AI-first experiences, including prompt journeys, GPT discovery flows, and conversational UIs
Design conversion-optimized experiences, including eCommerce flows, PLPs/PDPs, and filtering or cart functionality
Collaborate closely with creative, technical, and engagement teams to ensure seamless alignment across strategy, design, and implementation
Support business development efforts by contributing to UX strategy and deliverables for proposals and RFP responses
Understanding of visual design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, layout, grid systems)
Empathetic & Detail-Oriented - You care deeply about the user, obsess over details, and elevate experiences through thoughtful design

Advocate for accessibility, mobile-responsiveness, and usability best practices across all deliverables
