- Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Proven experience managing RFPs, bid analysis, supplier selection, contract negotiations, vendor performance management, and sourcing strategy development across multiple trades and geographic markets.
Responsibilities
- This role drives sourcing excellence by overseeing vendor optimization, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives that support operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships while overseeing vendor onboarding, performance management, risk mitigation, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
- Drive RFPs, RFQs, bid events, and contract negotiations to achieve cost savings, operational efficiencies, favorable service agreements, and long-term vendor value.
- Utilize spend analytics, market intelligence, and operational metrics to develop sourcing strategies, monitor KPIs, improve procurement processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, Vendor Relations, and Executive Leadership to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives, support expansion efforts, and execute enterprise-wide procurement transformation programs. ___________________________________________________________
- Vendor Network & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships while overseeing vendor onboarding, performance management, risk mitigation, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
- Contract Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Drive RFPs, RFQs, bid events, and contract negotiations to achieve cost savings, operational efficiencies, favorable service agreements, and long-term vendor value.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
