About the role

  • Join the SnowSports School team as a part-time SnowSports Headquarters Front Desk Agent working in our Mountain Camp facility, where you will help our youngest guests (anywhere from 2 to 6 years old) and their families embark on an amazing Steamboat adventure.
  • In this position, you will work closely with SnowSports School guests, supervisors, managers, and instructors.
  • This includes assisting with group lesson bookings, fulfilling private and group lessons, resolving lift ticket issues, and running inventory reports.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Central Reservations and Ticket Office teams to answer SnowSports School questions
  • In addition, HQ agents may complete other project-based work to help boost lesson sales, support special products, and improve guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous office or customer service experience required
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively with constant interruptions
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to work indoors in a noisy office environment and outdoors in a winter environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English in a clear and professional manner.
  • Must be able to sit and operate keyboard for long periods of time, as well as additional office machinery such as phones, copier, and printer.

Nice to have

  • Above average computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous knowledge of the RTP POS and flaik software preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position.
