Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document clinical services through progress notes and reports
- Support a structured and therapeutic environment for clients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Develop and contribute to therapeutic group curriculum
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Act 33, Criminal History, FBI Act 73)
- Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management training
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Experience working with trauma and abuse is required
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required by program needs
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience working with children and adolescents
- Experience in residential or trauma-informed care settings
Compensation
- $32k-$35k
