Nice to have
- 3+ years' experience in server administration and troubleshooting.
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of server hardware, Microsoft Windows Server, VMWare ESXi, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, basic networking, and service monitoring (e.g., Zabbix, Site24x7, Datadog).
- Experience with patching solutions (e.g., Tanium, BigFix), Microsoft Azure, Nutanix, backup and recovery, Citrix, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux is desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
