  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, influencing stakeholders, and driving adoption of new tools, processes, or best practices
  • You'll help optimize footwear product value by developing and implementing tools that improve visibility, predictability, and decision-making across cost, sustainability, and manufacturing.
  • You'll lead strategic projects, transform data into actionable insights, and drive adoption of value-focused practices that help teams make smarter product creation decisions.
  • Define and lead new process and digital initiatives that improve footwear value outcomes across product creation teams
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify opportunities, risks, and insights related to product cost, sustainability, and manufacturing efficiency
  • Develop business cases, define requirements, estimate investment needs, secure stakeholder alignment, and manage project execution from concept through delivery
  • Partner with Design, Development, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Technology, Costing, and external partners to align priorities and enable successful implementation
  • Serve as a footwear cost and value subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights across multiple footwear categories
  • Influence category teams to adopt value engineering tools, methodologies, and best practices that support business and financial objectives
  • Mentor and train team members while helping build organizational capability in value engineering, cost optimization, and decision-making processes
