About the role

We're looking for an experienced Staff Engineer to join our team at a pivotal stage of our growth.
You'll architect scalable systems that power our AI-powered patient engagement platform, make high-stakes technical decisions with incomplete information, and set the standard for engineering excellence.
As one of our engineering leaders, you'll be instrumental in shaping both our technical direction and our engineering culture.

Own complex, multi-person projects from concept to production, defining scope and timelines while being fully accountable for outcomes
Lead discussions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
Established track record of building efficient, maintainable systems, with work that handles interactions across multiple teams
As a technical leader, you'll own complex problems end-to-end and multiply your impact across our engineering organization.

7+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives at a major tech company or high-growth startup
Experience independently leading large cross-team projects, defining scope and timelines, and being accountable for delivery outcomes
This role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment on technical decision-making, and the ability to balance rapid iteration with long-term system maintainability.
Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, tasked with solving complex problems in innovative ways.
