About the role
- We're looking for an experienced Staff Engineer to join our team at a pivotal stage of our growth.
- You'll architect scalable systems that power our AI-powered patient engagement platform, make high-stakes technical decisions with incomplete information, and set the standard for engineering excellence.
- As one of our engineering leaders, you'll be instrumental in shaping both our technical direction and our engineering culture.
Responsibilities
- Own complex, multi-person projects from concept to production, defining scope and timelines while being fully accountable for outcomes
- Lead discussions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Established track record of building efficient, maintainable systems, with work that handles interactions across multiple teams
- As a technical leader, you'll own complex problems end-to-end and multiply your impact across our engineering organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives at a major tech company or high-growth startup
- Experience independently leading large cross-team projects, defining scope and timelines, and being accountable for delivery outcomes
- This role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment on technical decision-making, and the ability to balance rapid iteration with long-term system maintainability.
- Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, tasked with solving complex problems in innovative ways.
