Phone & Email Support
Supporting distribution partner technicians in the field.
Cross-Functional Support
Assisting technical support team, sales, customer service, quality management, finance and product management with support and projects as needed.
Duties or projects which may be performed at irregular intervals: • International Travel, Trade show setup, customer site visits, inventory support.
To provide a top level customer experience by continually improving technical knowledge and applying it to phone and email support.

Required Skills and experience:
Familiarity with industrial software programming.

Experience with PLC's and industrial communication.
