Monitors hatchery environment hourly for proper temperature and humidity levels and reports issues as needed (10%)

On alternate Wed will perform duties of Hatchery Processing, maintain vehicle by checking fluid levels, filters, and tire pressure, and maintains a clean and organized work/break area. (10%)
Loads PS/SS eggs on truck and delivers to front egg room for pick up by off-site driver, assists with loading of PS/SS egg racks on truck for transport to off-site hatchery (10%)

Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm or until complete, or Sunday through Wednesday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Work schedule is subject to change based upon production needs.
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for pick up, delivery, inspection, and sanitation of eggs to ascertain quality and fitness for incubation, inventory and storage of eggs under controlled conditions, and sanitation of equipment and facilities by performing all essential duties.
Other duties may be assigned.
