About the role

  • This position involves hands-on component testing, detailed documentation, and communication of findings to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • This role will involve the use of specified work processes, specialized measurement equipment, analysis techniques, and experience to process rejects and return to production.
  • Previous work experience in automotive field desired; work within Japanese company highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field
  • Previous work experience in automotive field desired
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • As such, this role is expected to exercise independent judgment and to work the time required to meet job responsibilities, which may include working in excess of 40 hours per week.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and provide input and value.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively within multicultural and global business environments
  • Strong understanding of measurement technologies such as SEM, FTIR, electrical test equipment, and metrology equipment
  • Skill using various presentation software like MS Powerpoint and Excel and analytical software.

Compensation

  • Available to travel overseas for training as early as fall, 2026, and annually as needed.
