About the role

Hours of Work: A typical workday is approximately 10 hours.
Main Purpose of Job: This is a key customer-facing role, reliably and respectfully representing the company, ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.

Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles
Maintains communication with management to be informed of any change of delivery, route, or schedule
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Our customer obsessed team delivers packages in Queens and Nassau Counties, and we are growing rapidly.
We are looking for team players to support our commitment to exceeding our customer expectations and make sure customer orders, large or small, are delivered on time, at the right place.

You can plan on working about 4-5 days a week.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
The Delivery Associate, as a field representative of the company, must be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with excellent experience, every time.
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less
Must be able to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted

Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
Communicates with customers by phone or text to alert to delivery arrival

Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 70 pounds each, with or without reasonable accommodation
