Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance innovation with responsible governance and risk management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Leadership experience in information technology or digital strategy.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

  • $ 275,000 - 285,000 annually
  • The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
  • The above hiring range represents the College's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
