  • Position Overview
  • Working alongside orthopedic clinicians, scribes gain real‑time insight into clinical decision‑making, musculoskeletal conditions, and patient care workflows.
  • Strongly preferred candidates will have one or more of the following:

Skills

  • Proficient knowledge in musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.
  • Strong Knowledge of medical terminology, common clinical conditions, and interactions.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills (> 60wpm preferred).
  • High attention to detail and ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Prior healthcare or clinical exposure (e.g., medical scribing, CNA, EMT, MA, athletic training, physical therapy aide, research, shadowing)
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing advanced clinical education (MD/DO, PA, PT, NP, etc.)
  • Comfort working in a clinical setting with clinicians and patients
