About the role
- This role is hybrid, with an expectation of working an average of eight (8) days per month in our Palo Alto office; the successful candidate will be based in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities
- Create custom websites to cultivate and steward donors
- A highly creative individual contributor, the Creative Content and Design Specialist will use multimedia design skills to develop compelling fundraising communications for the Transformational Giving (TG) Team.
- The position will be responsible for leading the creation of personalized, high-priority communications initiatives that drive transformational gifts supporting pediatric research and clinical care.
- To advance this work, our team creates compelling custom communications (proposals, reports, cultivation documents/emails, slide decks, personalized videos/websites, etc.).
- This role will produce dynamic digital communications that will engage donors in the hospital's mission and ultimately lead to new gifts.
- Create branding for specific events and carry branding through in event collateral design, to include invitations, website, signage, etc.
- Project Management & Execution Effectively manages multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaboration & Influence Builds strong partnerships across teams, incorporates diverse perspectives, and gains buy-in through expertise, professionalism, and effective communication.
Compensation
- The compensation range for this role is $105,000-$115,000 annually.
