About the role

Maintain and manage all calibration equipment ensuring compliance with calibration schedules and standards
Manage tool libraries and ensure proper tool allocation and control across Kent, Denver, and Phoenix Avionics Dev Labs
Maintain organized and safe work areas through proper material handling and disposal practices

2+ years supply chain experience
Experience with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)
Experience with activities related to planning and/or scheduling
Experience working with a cross functional team
Excellent computer skills with MS Office, ERP experience with MRP execution desired.
May be required to interface with departments throughout the company

Associate or bachelor's Degree
Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary.
Experience with ERP systems
Ability to handle multiple decisions based on workload dispersion, program priorities and management and customer decisions
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc )
Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong math and analytical skills to solve problems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Stock Options for all regular employees (working at least 20 hours/week)

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.

Implement material stocking strategy on production lines, monitor, control and maintain proper floor stock
Schedule and expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders

Train lab customers on Scireo Asset Management software for checking out tools and reserving benches
Conduct regular walk-through inspections to ensure customers are returning tooling and vacating reserved lab spaces on time
