About the role
- Charm is growing fast, and reaching gigaton-scale carbon removal depends on bringing in exceptional people across every part of the company.
- This is a temp-to-permanent role with an initial 6-month period, reporting to the Sr.
- People Operations Manager and sitting on the People Team.
Responsibilities
- You'll pair creative sourcing across diverse platforms with strong recruiting fundamentals to build robust candidate pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and drive timely, effective hiring outcomes.
- You'll also help improve our internal recruiting processes and partner with the People Team to process talent management transactions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans and build strong, diverse candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate across People Team functions and partnering departments to process talent management transactions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on Engineering and Manufacturing specific roles
- Strong proficiency in leveraging social media, and professional networks.
- Documentation skills and ability to stay abreast of industry trends.
- Strong communication and partnering skills, with the ability to coach and influence hiring managers.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and comfort multi-tasking in a fast-paced, ever-changing, ambiguous environment.
