About the role
- General Job Description: This position is responsible for managing the MEP Coordination and BIM processes by implementing, evaluating, and executing ACCO's BIM workflows with a high level of expertise in analyzing various trade's layouts and development of coordination resolutions. - through the construction coordination phase - Perform preliminary coordination of design drawings/models to streamline downstream processes - Optimize coordination efforts to provide cost effective solutions - Creating, reviewing, and managing of BIM Execution Plans - Lead BIM/VDC coordination meetings to meet project requirements for level of completion
