Requirements
- You have a track record of closing new business within U.S. Federal agencies, specifically in cybersecurity, defense, or AI-driven technologies
- You have existing relationships and have a successful track record with large and small Federal/Defense Contractors
- You are comfortable selling complex, technical solutions and partnering closely with solution architects and engineering teams
- You operate with a high degree of ownership and thrive in fast-moving, growth-stage environments
- 6+ years of experience selling into U.S. Federal agencies, preferably in cybersecurity, defense, or related technologies
- Experience navigating federal procurement processes and contract vehicles
- Track record of quota attainment in new ARR within complex accounts.
- Technical awareness of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or cybersecurity risk strategies, with an ability to translate technical concepts into business value discussions.
- A collaborative and team-driven mentality, with the ability to challenge and influence effectively in high-stakes negotiations.
- Experience selling into DoD, IC, or intel related agencies
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quota in complex federal sales environments
- Established relationships with senior government and/or military stakeholders
- Established relationships with Large and Small Federal/Defense Contractors
- Proficient in conducting strategic discovery conversations to uncover prospects' needs, pain points and business objectives, ensuring solutions are tailored to maximum value.
- Strong negotiation skills across multi-stakeholder environments
- Adaptability in fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating ownership, problem-solving and resourcefulness.

Compensation
- Ownership Opportunities. Equity stock options at hire, with annual performance-based grants-become an invested stakeholder in our shared success.
- $175,000 - $220,000, reflecting our confidence in your expertise and impact, with the opportunity for annual bonuses tied to company performance and individual contributions.
- Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range.
