  • If you are a detail-oriented legal professional with experience supporting legal operations, contracts, and compliance activities, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Legal team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices.
  • In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and provide litigation support, including fact gathering, summarization, and drafting initial responses for attorney review.
  • Manage contract lifecycle management processes, corporate records, company registrations, and regulatory filings.
  • Develop legal reports and metrics, support compliance training administration, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Embrace emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and proactively identify opportunities to improve Legal and Compliance workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance business support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Perform administrative duties required by the legal and compliance function and respond to routine information and data requests from the business.
  • 3-5 years of experience working within a legal operations, contracts, compliance, or corporate governance environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based business applications.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Compensation

  • Pay Range in the United States: $30.00/hr - $37.00/hr based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary.
