Are you proactive and adaptable with a passion for HR?

Support and advise on employee relations matters, including performance management and absence management
Own employee mobility processes such as relocation, visa applications, and expat support
Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and identify trends
Participate in and support both internal and external events

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology) or equivalent experience
Around 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or advisory role, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
Experience working with an HRIS

Competitive base salary of between 70k and 80k USD, based on years of experience

Manage and oversee all HR admin processes including onboarding, offboarding, sick leave, benefits administration, filing, etc.
