- Supports management in executing staffing adjustments due to vacations, illnesses, equipment outages, or shifting production needs.
- Ability to maintain accurate hand-eye coordination and utilize both hands safely and efficiently.

Requirements
- Forklift operation required, including readiness to complete training on various forklift types.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required
- Knowledge of 5S - sort, set, shine, standardize, and sustain
- Ability to use cranes or other lifting devices, as needed
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
- Ability to speak, read, and write the English Language

- Basic computer skills to be able to look up parts.
- Basic mathematical skills
- Basic communication skills
