About the role
- Lead Jobsite Safety & Compliance – Enforce OSHA standards, conduct daily safety inspections, control subcontractor safety, maintain housekeeping, and stop unsafe work
- Manage Field Operations & Schedule – Execute the CPM schedule, run on-site meetings and pull planning sessions, coordinate daily workflow, and prevent trade stacking
Responsibilities
- Lead Jobsite Safety & Compliance - Enforce OSHA standards, conduct daily safety inspections, control subcontractor safety, maintain housekeeping, and stop unsafe work
- Ensure Quality Control - Inspect work for compliance with plans and specs, manage inspections/testing, and drive punch list completion
- Maintain Documentation & Closeout - Complete daily reports, track as-builts, document delays/issues, assist with RFIs, and lead field closeout and turnover activities
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Nice to have
- 5+ years of construction supervision experience preferred
- Degree in construction management or related field is a plus but not required
- Equivalent field experience considered
