About the role

  • Blue Sky Innovators is seeking an experienced Information Operations SME with a strong background in military planning, operations and intelligence integration.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning: Lead the planning and execution of information operations campaigns, tailoring strategies to target audiences at the regional, national, and international levels.
  • Initiative: Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, applying critical thinking and adaptability to rapidly changing circumstances.
  • As a Blue Sky Innovator, you will work collaboratively to devise and implement unique solutions to complex challenges related to space operations and information warfare.
  • This role offers a select opportunity to contribute to the nation's defense and drive positive change in a rapidly evolving domain.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, applying critical thinking and adaptability to rapidly changing circumstances.

Requirements

  • Security Clearance: Must have a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree in relevant field desired.
  • Experience desired: The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful roles in military planning, project management, strategic communication, with experience in a variety of international environments.
  • Joint Planners Course and/or at least 5 years' experience on a 2-star Joint Command or Higher - Desired
  • The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of expertise in planning and implementing military campaigns and operations.

  • Service advanced military schooling such as SAMS, JAWS, SAASS, & MAWS

  • Salary range for the position is $180,000 - $210,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge. We also offer medical/dental/vision benefits and 401k contribution.
