Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
  • Develops, advises, and recommends long term resolutions to systemic manufacturing problems.
  • Champion & support mobile digital applications (i.e. Poka, SchedulePro)
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management within their system(s) of responsibility to drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements across the organization.
  • Analyzes the data structure, calculations, and workflow within their major plant systems to leverage, integrate, and optimize systems and people across the supply chain.
  • Provide analytical support for the data contained within and generated by the respective manufacturing system.
  • Site lead for deployment of MES and SMOM (Smart Manufacturing Operations Management) system, ensuring the success by providing technical expertise and effective facilitation of the process.
  • Develop and maintain data flows into MES (manual entries, PLC inputs, etc.) for generating information (reports, dashboards etc.)
  • Support development and implementation of plans/programs for sustaining the long-term growth of MES to meet sector objectives.
  • Collaborate and/or solves complex manufacturing issues and provides digital solutions within the facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, ITS or related field from an accredited college or university
  • At least 7 years or more of relevant professional experience with 3 years or more with systems support and development
  • Possess or demonstrate ability to learn statistical/analytical

Skills

  • Direct experience with large, interconnected software systems such as SAP ERP, MES, etc.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.
  • Regression, Statistical Process Control, Financial Analysis, Analytical Modeling, and Industrial Process Analytics

  • Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire.
  • Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
  • Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
  • 105,740 - 130,620 USD
