About the role

This position is critical to ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and scalability across all warehouse workfl ows while delivering a best-in-class consignor and customer experience.

Own the end-to-end warehouse operation, including intake, authentication, inventory management, storage, fulfillment, and outbound logistics
Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and throughput to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
Maintain strict inventory control standards, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring real-time data accuracy across systems
Manage intake operations, ensuring timely and accurate product listing and system entry
Partner with Product and Tech teams to surface bugs, workflow gaps, and system improvements impacting operations
Lead, develop, and scale a team of warehouse supervisors, specialists, and associates
Own workforce planning, scheduling, and labor optimization to meet volume demands and SLAs
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Implement performance management frameworks to ensure consistent achievement of operational targets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance scalability

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $80,000 AND $90,000 [annual]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related
