About the role
- The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for projects across assigned brand accounts including but not limited to talent/creator campaigns, brand partnerships, entertainment and culture strategies, and more
- Lead strategic planning and execution for talent campaigns, including talent recommendations, outreach, and contracting
- Work alongside internal department specialists to develop recommendations for potential product integration and co-marketing opportunities for clients
- Maintain detailed trackers for project/deal status, approvals, talent deliverables, and contractual obligations
- Develop and present compelling decks and campaign narratives that align with brand goals and resonate with targeted audiences
- Build case studies and recaps to support business growth and client storytelling
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support efforts to grow client partnerships ("land and expand")
- Has a proven track record of working with talent, creators, and clients to build impactful campaigns for brands
- Can build talent strategies that are both creative and data driven
- Strong ability to develop client facing marketing presentation materials (decks) for a variety of situations, informational, strategic, and creative.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or social media strategy, preferably at a talent, advertising, marketing, creative, or media agency
- High degree of motivation and initiative, the ability to demonstrate creative thinking and critical thinking, and the capacity to problem-solve independently
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
