About the role

This is a 10-month position and includes the planning, development, and implementation of all program activities, including but not limited to recruitment, instruction, student-athlete development, and competitive coaching.
The Head Coach's responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating team travel, leading fundraising initiatives and camps, and representing and promoting the tennis programs in alignment with RIT, Liberty League, and NCAA guidelines.
The Head Coach will effectively recruit highly qualified student-athletes through collaboration with the Office of Enrollment Management and the Intercollegiate Athletics leadership team.

Ability to attract, recruit, retain, inspire and motivate highly qualified student-athletes
Effective interpersonal, written, and electronic communications skills, including the ability to convey complex information in accessible terms to diverse or multicultural audiences
Bachelor's degree in related field
3 years of relevant experience
NCAA Coaches Certification, or ability to pass certification test

In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above.
$40,000 - $51,753
