About the role
- We are looking for an experienced automotive leader who understands dealership operations, can speak the language of Fixed Ops, and has the credibility to influence General Managers, Service Directors, Fixed Operations Directors, and dealer ownership groups.
Responsibilities
- Employee game room and team-building activities
Nice to have
- 5+ years of automotive, dealership leadership, automotive consulting, or client success experience.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, service department performance, customer retention strategies, and profitability drivers.
- Experience working directly with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Service Directors, and multi-rooftop dealer groups.
- Proven success managing high-value client relationships.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills Ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
