About the role
- This is an opportunity to join a growing company transforming healthcare technology through modern electronic billing, payments, and secure data exchange solutions across the Property & Casualty and Healthcare industries.
- This role focuses on backend architecture, service development, data processing, and system integration, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability across platforms.
- You will directly impact system scalability, reliability, and performance across multiple customer-facing and internal platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and core platform components
- Build scalable systems using Java and Spring Boot or similar frameworks
- Develop and support RESTful APIs and service integrations across internal and external systems
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions for scalable backend solutions
- Support complex data processing, transformation, and integration workflows
- Utilize Claude to support development, accelerate problem-solving, and improve productivity while maintaining high code quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of backend software engineering experience
- Strong experience in Java and backend service development

- $83k-$464k
