About the role
- Overview Everline Resort & Spa has multiple lines of business including but not limited to Resort Operations, Property Management, HOA management and Property Development.
- During the course of the month, the staff accountant will be in charge of generating statements for our HOA members and sending out payments to our Property Management clients.

Responsibilities
- Audit all point of sale systems daily for accuracy and completeness Verify allowances and miscellaneous postings/ adjustments for proper authorization and coding Investigate discrepancies and develop procedures to eliminate them Print, verify accuracy and distribute daily revenue reports Prepare and post journal entries Communicate with outlets about questions or problems with regard to posting that have an effect on the creation of the sales journals
- The Staff Accountant is expected to audit daily transactions related to the Point of Sale systems postings and documents for accuracy and prepare a daily distribution of reports.
- This position is is responsible for primarily providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Requirements

- Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting. pushing or pulling up to 10lbs, occasionally lifting 25lbs.
- Must be able to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
