Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement both independently and cross-functionally.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience monitoring processes in an assembly, production, or related industry, including strip charts, PI/OSI, run charts, etc.
- Proficient in digital documentation, including the ability to accurately enter data and navigate basic spreadsheets
- Basic electrical competence desired but not required
